In order to be able to meet the quality level required by our clients and us, the core components of the INTEC plants are manufactured by our subsidiary INTEC Rohrtechnik GmbH. Some examples include:

• Coils
• Thermal oil heaters
• Secondary control loops
• Air preheaters
• Convection heat exchangers

For the manufacturing of large components INTEC boasts of 4000 square meter production facilities with 25 ton cranes. Our facilities specialize in the cold forming of tubes up to a nominal diameter of DN 250 as well as the machining of thin and thick sheets up to a thickness of 25mm.

Our subsidiary INTEC Rohrtechnik GmbH is approved by the main important classification societies like:

• Germanischer Lloyd
• Lloyd’s Register
• Bureau Veritas
• Det Norske Veritas

and certificated according to:

• AD 2000 - HPO and TRD 201
• ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel-Code Section VIII Div. 1
