INTEC Сertificates
For many projects of INTEC Engineering GmbH main components are manufactured by INTEC Rohrtechnik GmbH, a 100 % subsidiary, e.g. Thermal oil heaters, iNooks, firing components etc.
Appropriate certificates and approvals are required for international projects.
INTEC Rohrtechnik GmbH has following approvals or certificates for the production and delivery of pressure equipment.
- For Russia:
1. TRTS 032/2013 Certificate for the manufacture and import of Category 3 and 4 pressure equipment for the Customs Union and marking with EAC mark.
2. Declaration of conformity for the manufacture and import of Category 1 and 2 pressure equipment for the Customs Union and marking with EAC mark.
3. TRTS 032/2013 Certificate for the manufacture and import of Category 3 pipes for the Customs Union and marking with EAC mark.
4. Declaration of conformity for the manufacture and import of Category 1 and 2 pipes for the Customs Union and marking with EAC mark.
- For China:
1. Chinese Manufacture License for Organic Fluid Boilers.
2. Chinese Manufacture License for Pressure Vessels up to 100 bar.
- ASME:
Manufacture of thermal oil heaters and pressure vessels generally in accordance with ASME B&PV Code, Section VIII, Division 1.
- National Board:
Registration and marking of the manufactured pressure vessels at National Board (NB).
The quality assurance of our production is executed according to DIN EN ISO 3834 for quality requirements of welding and the proof of the welding according to AD 2000-HP0 for the production of pressure equipment as well as according to AD-2000 leaflet for the fulfillment of the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU. All essential requirements such as equipment for production and testing, quality assurance as well as competent supervisory and testing personnel are available.

20 years since the founding of the company have flown by!
The inauguration of our new manufacturing building also falls within our anniversary year 2015. This facility will almost double our production area, which reflects the positive development of INTEC Engineering GmbH.

The INTEC Group continues to grow
In 2014 the INTEC Group was expanded to include two new companies.
The newly established GTA INTEC GmbH, which is a merger of the Marco Polo Engineering GmbH and INTEC Engineering GmbH, is now part of the INTEC Group. GTA INTEC GmbH will continue supplying the range of products of STULZ GTA GmbH.
INTEC offers a complete range of heat engineering industrial equipment thanks to the vast experience and technical know-how of its CEO Edwin Karrer. These 20 years of experience in the fiel will now be supplemented by Sven Kneifel’s expertise, which will add the following applications to the already wide-ranging portfolio of the INTEC Group; regeneration-gas-heaters (FGH), sewage sludge, fluidized bed combustion and biomass incineration plants, as combined heat and power plants (CHP).
The second addition is due to the merger of INTEC Engineering GmbH and KonTroTec GmbH which specializes in contact drying technology. The INTEC Group will now offer its customers complete thermal sludge utilization technology. The innovative waste disposal and recycling concept is based on the combination of KonTroTec’s drying plants and INTEC Engineering’s solid combustion plants and process heat generation facilities.
The opening ceremony of INTEC`s new office building

Due to increased business from our customers around the world, we have expanded our facilities in Bruchsal. INTEC now counts with a total covered working area of 16.000 m² which includes the manufacturing facility, a new office building and a new storage depot which has recently been erected. Additionally there is already an allocated space to extend the covered area even further in the near future.
INTEC Agent Meeting June 2013
The INTEC Agent Meeting in June 2013 ended with the inauguration ceremony of the new office building in Bruchsal.
Three days filled with good food, interesting lectures and lots of fun are over. INTEC Agents from more than 20 countries participated in the conference in Bruchsal.
Constantly developing the product range, improving current technologies and developing new technologies is a part of our philosophy. We took this opportunity to update our Agents on the latest INTEC projects from around the world, to discuss their specific country needs and requirements and share our collective ideas for improvement.

Building of a hybrid solar-biomass plant in Spain
With a site of 70 hectares the plant will have an installed capacity of 25 Mwe and an estimated annual net production of 98,000 MW-hours.
The main objective of the hybrid plant and eventually of the TES is to run the power plant 24 hours/day, when solar energy is not available.
This operation avoids daily turbine starts and shut-downs, increasing the life of the plant and ultimately the overall plant efficiency.
INTEC belongs alongside Siemens and MAN to the main technology suppliers that have been selected for the design and construction of the TSB power plant

Start of construction of our new warehouse in Bruchsal 8th October 2012
We are bursting at the seams. Situated between the manufacturing workshop and the new office building, construction has started on a new warehouse that will be used for management of inwards / outwards goods and product storage. The warehouse will be ready for use in Spring 2013.
